Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative

The Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative is open to all interventional radiologists/radiologists with a complete registration to take their non-radiologist colleague to ECIO 2024 free of charge with up to € 1,000 in travel support.

The non-radiologist colleague must be one of the following:

  • oncologist
  • gastroenterologist
  • hepatologist
  • surgeon
  • radiation oncologist
  • urologist
  • gynaecologist
  • endocrinologist

    Let referring physicians from your hospital know about the benefits of interventional oncology
  • Deepen IO knowledge on your tumour board
    Let the non-IR colleagues from your tumour board learn more about IO
  • Strengthen collaboration
    Establish and enhance interpersonal connections with your oncology colleagues

Join the initiative

If you plan on bringing your tumour board colleague to ECIO 2024 through the Collaborating Against Cancer Initiative, simply register yourself via the registration page. During the registration process you will be asked for the contact information of your colleague.

If you have already registered and would like to bring a non-radiologist colleague to ECIO 2024, please contact registration@ecio.org.
